&lt;P&gt;Have you got to check the Intel media sdk products: &amp;nbsp;https://software.intel.com/en-us/forums/intel-media-sdk&lt;BR /&gt;
	The legacy Intel IPP sample was based the CPU optimization, &amp;nbsp;and the media SDK provides additional CPU optimization. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
