Community License serial number does not work

Hello,

I downloaded the community licensing version of IPP 9.0 update 2 and received a serial number for it. When installing and entering that serial number, I get an error message box "Activation rights do not allow this software to be installed. This could be due to expired subscription or incompatible serial number"

Intel, please help!

When did you download IPP package? And when did you try to activate it?

As I know, Community License activation works only with the latest version of product.

It is the latest version of IPP (9.0.2.180), downloaded on 4/1/2016 and tried to activate it the same day.

situation looks very strange...I'm not sure that's the reason, but 4/1/2016 is right one day after IPP 2017 Beta release...
