hello, i'm a student in China. I need to use IPP to accelerate opencv but the problem is that i cannot download it from the link

I've already registered and activated my serial number, but when i click download, it says:" please wait..." and this process lasts for hours.

I wonder if this product is not available in China because of policy.

Can anyone help me? Thanks.

It is available in China, please check with your browser if it blocked downloading. You could choose to install online, if it spends much time to access full package. Thanks.

Thanks for replying. It is indeed the problem of browser, as i change Firefox to Edge, it is available.
