      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to use the 3D filter functions (specifically the median filter); but I can not create a&amp;nbsp;IpprFilterMedianSpec variable as the compiler complains that it is an incomplete type. I've searched the header files, but all I see is a typedef for&amp;nbsp;IpprFilterMedianSpec to&amp;nbsp;struct FilterMedianSpecV (I can't seem to find a definition for&amp;nbsp;FilterMedianSpecV).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
