<title>topic MSE and MAE from central pixel in Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives</title>
    <link>https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Integrated-Performance/MSE-and-MAE-from-central-pixel/m-p/1159872#M26528</link>
    <description>Hi,

Is there a function in ipp that can calculate mean squared error and mean absolute error from central pixel in some NxN ROI?
The closest function I've found is SqrDistanceNorm, but it uses a template.

TIA,
