      <description>Hi,&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I'm working on an image processing service that uses OpenCV. I'd like to deploy it in Windows Azure. If I compile with IPP, will the performance primitives be able to run on Azure, and more importantly, will they still provide a performance boost?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thanks,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Chris&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
