      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, kangsxu,&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;These functions are the APIs&amp;nbsp;for BZIP2 encoding, and decoding.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; In the IPP 2019 Beta, we now provide an optimized patch for the open source BZIP2. It will use these functions for a&amp;nbsp;fast BZIP2 implementation.&amp;nbsp; Checking here to get the IPP 2019 Beta, and the BZIP2 sample code:&lt;BR /&gt;
