Cannot receive email for serial number

I want to download the Intel Integrated Performance Primitives libraries and I have submit the form in https://software.seek.intel.com/performance-libraries. However, I have not received any email about the serial number and the downloading address. I have checked the SPAM filter and my email account can receive other emails successfully. I spend about one week trying to solve this problem, but I still don't know what is wrong. Is there anyone facing the same issue? Can you give me a suggestion for this problem? Thanks a lot!
