<P>Hello,</P><P>I have a <STRONG>2D complex </STRONG>float matrix. It has m rows and n columns. </P><P>Each row looks like the following:</P><P>E1-1, E1-2, .... E1-12, E2-1, E2-2, ...., E2-12, .....
