      <title>ippsNot_16u instability</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;IPP has&amp;nbsp;ippiNot_8u, but it doesn't have the equivalent&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.008px; line-height: 13.008px;"&gt;ippiNot_16u calls. However, there are&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;ippsNot_16u&amp;nbsp;routines. So, I created an equivalent for the missing&amp;nbsp;ippiNot_16u_C1R&amp;nbsp;with&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.008px; line-height: 13.008px;"&gt;ippsNot_16u. However, this caused random crashes of my software. The crashes disappeared when I replaced&amp;nbsp;ippsNot_16u with a hand-written equivalent. Also, there a no problems with&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.008px; line-height: 13.008px;"&gt;ippiNot_8u_C1R, that I use frequently.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The issue is difficult to reproduce, but my conclusion is that&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.008px; line-height: 13.008px;"&gt;ippsNot_16u has some kind of internal problem, that lets it crash randomly.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was my fault, I apologize. The headers specify the "len" parameter as the "length of the vector" which I understand as the length of the vector in bytes. The manual however specifies "len" as the "number of elements in the vector".
