      <description>&lt;P&gt;IPP is the low level APIs(libraries) for image, signal, data compression, and&amp;nbsp;encryption, etc.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; UIC is the old IPP sample code for&amp;nbsp;some legacy image codec. It is not part of the current IPP release now.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It needs to login into the registration center:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.008px;"&gt;&lt;A href="https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products,&amp;nbsp;" target="_blank"&gt;https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;; and get the old versions.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;please also note, it needs to have a valid license to download the package, and these legacy code is not supported as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;
