Hi Chao,

Thank you. We would also like to request support for the below APIs. Please let me know the timeline in which this will be released so that we can plan accordingly.

Hello Intel Community,

I am currently working with Intel IPP for optimized performance in large-scale medical imaging applications, some functions have a 64-bit version (with _L suffix), while others do not.

Intel IPP provides large-array variants of many functions with the _L suffix (e.g., ippiConvValid_32f_L, ippsConv_32f_L). However, several commonly-used functions do not have 64-bit equivalents, including:

ippsSub_32s_ISfs

ippsMul_32s_ISfs etc

Request:
We would greatly appreciate if Intel could extend large-array support (_L variants) to these functions to enable seamless processing of larger datasets without workarounds or custom implementations.

Apart from the two APIs mentioned earlier, we require support for a few additional APIs as well. We plan to compile a list and submit a formal request. However, before proceeding, I would like to understand the process for raising a priority support request.

Specifically, can any employee from an organization that uses Intel products raise such a request, or does it need to be initiated by specific teams or authorized contacts within the organization?

I have already registered on the Intel Registration Center – User Portal. However, when I log in to the customer support portal and try to request IPP support, I receive a message stating that I am not eligible for priority support notifications.

Could you please help clarify this?

@support for 64 bit platform aware versions in IPP APIs - Intel Community

Hi Kruthika_R,

Thanks for the report. The request for _L variants of `ippsSub_32s_ISfs` and `ippsMul_32s_ISfs` has been logged. The team will review these for inclusion in a future release based on demand and resource availability.

Regarding Priority Support: eligibility and access need a support license. I add a support ticket there, and when you have your full list of requested APIs, feel free to post them there.

thanks,
