    <description>&lt;I&gt;[Windows 7 32Bit]&lt;BR /&gt;[IPP: w_ipp_7.0.6.278]&lt;BR /&gt;[Visual Studio 10]&lt;/I&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hello, &lt;BR /&gt;in the attachments you can see the error message: &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;I&gt;OMP: Warning #96&lt;BR /&gt;OMP: Error #136&lt;BR /&gt;OMP: System error #8&lt;BR /&gt;OMP: Error #178&lt;BR /&gt;OMP: System error #6&lt;/I&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This error pops up and chashes my explorer.exe.&lt;BR /&gt;The error pops up when I open a directory which contains a jpeg, jpg, png File &lt;BR /&gt;or when I try to save Imagefile via image editing software.&lt;BR /&gt;Even the compiled samples from IPP crashes when I try to save.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;I think: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; after installing IPP its takes over the - windows thumbnail/image creation - and the thumbnails are now created by IPP &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It replaces the codec!?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;B&gt;How can I solve this problem?&lt;/B&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;B&gt;Is there any known issues in IPP?&lt;/B&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

This is not an error as you can see.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;OMP: Error #136&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; It couldn't create a newthread because it couldn'dcreate the stack and it is amemory related problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;OMP: System error #8&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; It confirmsthe previous statement because the error '&lt;STRONG&gt;8&lt;/STRONG&gt;' is returned by '&lt;STRONG&gt;GetLastError&lt;/STRONG&gt;' &lt;STRONG&gt;Win32&lt;/STRONG&gt; API&lt;BR /&gt; function when a stack for the thread cannot be created - ERROR_NOT_ENOUGH_MEMORY.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;OMP: Error #178&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; It is not clear why '&lt;STRONG&gt;GetExitCodeThread&lt;/STRONG&gt;' failed and possibly this is due to an invalid handle of the thread.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;OMP: System error #6&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; It confirmsthe previous statement because the error '&lt;STRONG&gt;6&lt;/STRONG&gt;' is returned by '&lt;STRONG&gt;GetLastError&lt;/STRONG&gt;' &lt;STRONG&gt;Win32&lt;/STRONG&gt; API&lt;BR /&gt; function when a handleto some system object is invalid - ERROR_INVALID_HANDLE.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;B&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;How can I solve this problem?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/B&gt;&lt;BR /&gt; More memory is needed for processing, that is a&lt;STRONG&gt;Physical&lt;/STRONG&gt; ( RAM )or &lt;STRONG&gt;Virtual&lt;/STRONG&gt; ( VM ).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;B&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Is there any known issues in IPP?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/B&gt; I'm not 100% sure that it is related to some problems with &lt;STRONG&gt;IPP&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;First thing I would try is to increase a size of the&lt;STRONG&gt;Virtual Memory&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Sergey&lt;/P&gt;</description>
