Does Intel has plans to a develop a H.264 SVC encoder using IPP and UMC.

Thanks for asking. Do you have any specialdevelopmentplan based on such format? If private, you mayreply me bythe Private post.
As I knew, atlatest version,IPP UMC haven't such plan as limited resource.
