    <description>thanks Chao!&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;1. so if we want to use 5.1, we should put level_idc = 51?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;2. wonder what it means -(check that num_ref_frames and frame size are in accordance with the level). how can we find the relation between these parameters?&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;thanks again&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Genna&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
