any plans to add partial/incomplete image decoding

extraction of specific precentcs from existing stream (with possibility to recode image on the fly if neccessery)

this all so its possible to to use IPP JPEG2000 (UIC) codec for streaming of jpeg2000 images

(posibily with lower quality etc... )

Thanks for letting us know the request. We may possibly not to add this feature in the recent release. But I have put it into feature request database. So we could review it for future release.
