topic H.263 (v1) in Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives

Is it possible to use Intel's library to encode in H.263 (v1) format rather than the H.263+ or H.263++ formats? I need to encode video for Flash which requires the original version H.263 withoutadditional annexes.

If so, arethere special settings for the encoder for encoding in H.263 instead of H.263+?

Thank you very much.

I am not 100% positive but I believe "H.263(v1)" is used by default. If you look at where the H.263 encoder params are initialized, the additional annexes are initially disabled.
