    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm test the IPP 5.2 today, but ps_ippvc.exe report some wrong, that wrong not stable!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I run ps_ippvc sometimes, but I can got wrongs num from 0 to 4.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is this a bug in IPP 5.2 ?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;this is not a bug in IPP. The reason is that IPP performance systemattempts to reach accurate performance measurement (say less than 5% difference in performance between several consecutive calls of function), but it is not always possible due to system activity and other reasons. In that case perf system issue warning which mean that performance measurement was not so accurate.&lt;/P&gt;
