I ran the encoder with:</P> <P>./usc_speech_codec -format IPP_GSMFR -r13000 -v 8k16bitpcm.wav enc8k16bitpcm.wav</P> <P>I tried to encode 8KHZ 16bits pcm file to GSM 6.10</P> <P>The encoder ran successully and compressed file enc8k16bitpcm.wav was generated.
