      <description>It seems that ippsConvertUTF_8u16u returns wrong result when isBE flag is set to true.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;__declspec(align(32)) const Ipp8u src[] = "\\xEF\\xBB\\xBF\\xE3\\x83\\x86\\xE3\\x82\\xB9\\xE3\\x83\\x88";&lt;BR /&gt;__declspec(align(32)) Ipp16u dst[4];&lt;BR /&gt;Ipp32u srcLen = 12;&lt;BR /&gt;Ipp32u dstLen = 4;&lt;BR /&gt;ippsConvertUTF_8u16u(src, &amp;amp;srcLen, dst, &amp;amp;dstLen, true);&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;While dstLen should be { 0xFFFE, 0xC630, 0xB930, 0xC830 }, it becomes { 0xFF00, 0xC600, 0xB900, 0xC800 }.&lt;BR /&gt;Is there something wrong with my code here?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Here is my environment:&lt;BR /&gt;MSVC2010&lt;BR /&gt;IPP7.0&lt;BR /&gt;Win7 64-bit</description>
