topic PyramidState in Intel® Integrated Performance Primitives

Hi,

I download an evaluation version of IPP 5.3 recently, and tried to build universal pyramid. I was very puzzled on this struct, PyramidState, which is empty in ippcv.h, but is required in many function call parameter and structure element, like ippiPyramidLayerDownInitAlloc and IppiPyramid.pState. What's the reason for its necessity?

Thanks!
