As i understand, G.722 encoder is needed 16000Hz samplerate. If i have 8000Hz pcm I need to change the samplerate.<BR />How i can do this with ipp's help <BR />I have to send by RTP wav file with 8000Hz samplerate, mono.<BR />And one more question.
