Hi amit08,

In the latest Intel IPP 6.1 update 4, we clarified the Intel IPP Sample usages and redistributions by adding a "redist.txt" file in sample folder as well as the Intel IPP sample EULA page. This is addressed as part of Intel IPP Library 6.1 Fixes List:

"DPD200149570 IPP samples redistribution file and EULA updated for clarification."

As the Intel IPP UIC code is included as part of Intel IPP sample directory, they are also are Redistributables as defined in the End User License Agreement that accompanies this software (the "EULA").Additionally, YOU MAY NOT REDISTRIBUTE THESE MATERIALS UNDER AN EVALUATION LICENSE.

Please refer this new "redist.txt" in sample directory and also check Intel IPP Licensing FAQ andIPP redistributable filesfor more reference.

Thanks,
Ying
