    <description>Hi &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I use ipp 5.3 to write a program to dispaly stream from ip camera. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I got a problem of decoding mjepg. When Idecode the stream in attached file,UMC::MPEG4VideoDecoder::GetFrame() return UMC_ERR_NOT_ENOUGH_DATA. But this file can be played normally in VLC. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone knows why?And howdo Ifix this problem ?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

&lt;DIV&gt;Hi, I you sure that this file was encoded correctly? Than i try to play this stream with different video players, i found that the last bottom MCU row of each frame decoded erroneous. Do you see the same on yours VLC player?&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
