      <title>Operating System Not Supported - Intel SSD Data Center Tool</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;CommunityAdmin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having a problem installing the Intel SSD Data Center Tool on a Windows Server 2012 R2 Install 64bit. Seems the installer see's the opposite version of what is installed when attempting install of either 32 or 64 bit version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I see others have the problem, and appears that a clean install of the OS with no updates, then SSD tool will work. However, this is a production server and unable to perform that request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;install log below;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;! These are SSD's supplied from Dell for the use in a server. Reinstalling the OS to resolve a problem with a 3rd party tool is not an acceptable solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I await a response from your colleagues who can offer more information or engineering team for a fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you, my best&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scott&lt;/P&gt;</description>
