Intel SSD 545s toolbox Error: RAID array detected

I Just installed my new Intel SSD 545s Series 256GB Drive and installed the Intel SSD ToolBox Version: 3.4.6 (Latest) Date: 5/31/2017. When I run the SSD Optimizer I recieve the following Error: "Error: RAID array detected. If RAID array not present, reboot and try again". My system is as follows:

Asus Motherboard H110-M D with 6th Gen DC Processor

Microsoft Windows 7 Professional (64-bit) SP1

8GB DDR4-HyperX RAM

SATA mode is AHCI Only

I do not have a RAID configuration.

I tried windows volume Shadow Copy ... but same result

I tried with older ver. Intel SSD ToolBox but result is same.

IntelSSDTDK log also attached...

Thanks for posting in our forum.

We would like to let you know that this version of the Intel® Solid State Drive Toolbox was released before your drive was launched and most likely it is still not fully compatible.

We will be releasing a new version soon, we can keep you posted over here for you to try and test the latest version.

One more question is which is the latest firmware ver. for 545s

14b or 002c

as both are mentioned on the intel website

We are glad to hear that the new Intel® Solid-State Drive Toolbox worked fine now.

About your question with the firmware version of the drive, we would like to let you know that the default version is 14B, but with the latest version of the tool, this one includes the latest version 002C.
