Runtime Error when starting Intel SSD Toolbox

Hi everyone,

I have met an error when I try to run Intel SSD Toolbox on my laptop.

This error shows immediately as I run the application.

In the details textbox, the content is following:

Based on the information provided, we recommend you to install all the Windows(R) 10 updates in order to make sure all the components from Windows* that the software needs to work are updated to the latest versions.
