SSD not detected when installing windows

I was installing windows but ssd is not detected in partition section only USB is visible
and also sometimes it gets invisible in BIOS section. I tried disabling VMD from bios also tried downloading VMD .inf file but says file not compatible to hardware.

I have tried disabling VMD from BIOS
I have also tried manual install of VMD's .inf file then while installing it says device not compatible.
No the ssd is pre installed,
Please provide solution.

Greetings !!

Thank you for sharing the requested information. We understand that you have tried disabling the VMD in BIOS (Thus switching it other controller like AHCI) and also tried updating the .inf file manually wherein it says device is not compatible. Also we see that you mentioned the drive is not visible in partition.

Based on what we see, we would like to check if the drive is visible in BIOS? If no, then possibly the drive is faulty and you need to contact the OEM (in your case, Acer) for a drive replacement. If the drive is visible in the BIOS but during OS installation does not show up, you can try below steps:

In INSTALL NOW button (for windows installation) press Shift+F10 or Shift+Fn+F10 to go to CMD.
in CMD, type DISKPART and enter to go to diskpart.
type LIST DISK to list all the drives there.
from the list of drives, identify the drive number for your SSD, and type SELECT DISK <drive number>
type CLEAN and enter. This will clean the drive.
type CONVERT GPT to convert the create fresh GUID Partition table.
type EXIT and enter to exit diskpart.
Type EXIT again and enter to exit the CMD.

Proceed with installation step to see if drive is visible during partition. Also, would request you if drive is visible in BIOS but does not shows up in the boot order in BIOS, please check with Acer Support on how to add a boot device manually. Also for loading SSD driver as per the drive controller you want to use, Acer Support would be the best point of contact here.
