Difference between Retail and Brown boxes?

I just ordered an Intel SSD SSDPE21D280GASM 900P 280GB 2.5 W U.2-M.2 Connector but the vendor is unable to state if the 'Brown' box includes the U.2-M.2 cable. I'm trying to avoid a letdown when the SSD arrives next week.

Based on the part number SSDPE21D280GASM, we identify that it includes is the U.2-M.2 connector. The ordering code may vary depending on what is included in the box.

Also, you can verify that https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820167439 here, under the "specifications" tab you will see that ordering code is the same.

A follow up: The 900p M.2-U.2 brown box arrived and contained the actual retail box and included the McGiver-like connecting cable and Star Citizen video game promotion.
