    <description>&lt;P&gt;At present, we don't have a way to simply specify a gate by a unitary matrix. And if I understand what you're proposing, an additional challenge is that you won't know the unitary gate that you want at compile time. All the gates are decomposed during compilation. I think the way to approach this is to solve for the angles needed to decompose that gate as 3 rotations.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
