topic AES on Mobile Sandy Bridge? in Intel® ISA Extensions

I bought a new HP DV7 with the i7 2630QM (which isn't listed on ark.intel.com) and I'm now finding out it doesn't have AES instructions???

I'm pretty confucsed and upset... Is there a software patch I need to add or???

Thanks,

Brandon Z.

From ark.intel.com it looks like the 26xx quad core CPUs don't support AES instructions. You have to have 27xx/28xx/29xx to get it.
