Hello , I want a report or a research about Intel Xeon microprocessor which contains an information about a following :
-General background.
-Microprocessor architecture.
-A front side bus(FSB).
-An instruction set , or instruction set architecture (ISA).
-max cpu clock rate.

General background. Tim's suggestion to look at wikipedia should cover ths.
Microprocessor architecture. I find the description in the Software Optimization Manual (available here)very helpful.
A front side bus(FSB). Today's Intel Xeon processors don't use the FSB anymore. If you only care about Xeon, you can skip this.
An instruction set , or instruction set architecture (ISA). Volume 2 of the Intel 64 and IA-32 Architectures Software Developers Manualslists them all. This is a rather lengthy document :)
max cpu clock rate. As Maxym hassuggested, you can look up yourprocessor onark.intel.comto find it's max (turbo) frequency.
