Hi Intel Support Team,
I have a question about Intel Media products.

- The following products include 1 year Intel Premier Support Service?
- If major & minor versions are released within 1 year after the purhase, can I get the latest verstions/updates by free?

Intel® Media SDK HEVC Software Pack for Windows* OS
Intel® Media SDK Audio Library for Windows* OS
Intel® Media Software Development Kit for Server

Sorry for the slow response. Yes, updates to any of these packages during the following year will be available at no charge, however there is currently no "Premier Support Service" on these products. We are certainly looking at that support option and appreciate any customer comments.
