If yes, how can we achieve it?<BR />Is there a software for it on Linux. <BR /><BR />I am using cpuspeed to modify its frequency on Linux, but I am not sure if the voltage gets changed too automatically?<BR /><BR />Also, can we measure the power consumed by each core or each processor?
