I'm not aware of any Intel SDK that helps when using PowerBuilder.

You might want to try the Sybase site:

Sam,

There are many useful Intel SDKs and libraries that can be called from Power Builder as an external language. For example, you can take advantage of Intel Math Kernel Library.

You just have to create your own wrappers. It's not an easy task. However, you can achieve great performance benefits with some libraries.
