Impossible, the C volume contains nothing but Windows XP and the official drivers (which came with the CD).
In addition I installed CoreTemp & PC Wizard 2008to detect core temps.
There is nothing else installed exept the above.

If you see in the task manager that only some cores are loaded, try to determine what processes produce that load (task manager -> processes tab). Is it Explorer.exe or something else? Probably this information will give some hook.

Hello Intel!
Recently, around4 months ago I bought a new computer with a Q9300 cpu.

Its worked fine for about 2-3 months and than the gliches started.
For some reason, my CPU core temps are:
Core 1: 45C degree on idle.
Core 2: 47C degree on idle.
Core 3: 55C degree on idle.
Core 4: 35C degree on idle.

I dont think a quad core should act like this. These temps are wierd and mustnt be like that.
After all, I guess the temp differnces between the core doesnt soppose to be that big.
I am using a fine cooler (AC7) and it placed fine.

And, the second problem is with CPU Usage.
Every time I load(open) or trying to load(open)My Computer and/or one of the volumes,
the usage of core 4 is climbing to maximum, core 3 is climbing a little, and cores 1 & 2 are idle.

Its defenetly a problem.
Can you confirm this?

Possibly you have some antivirus (or virus, which is mostly the same) or something like it (firewall), which detects that it runs on quad-core machine and sets own affinity to cores 3 and 4.
