Error while using Intel Concurrency Checker tool

Hi,

My ISV isfacing problem while using iCC, please find the log file it is generated. The error is recieved is "Sample counter = 0 less than 5 - CollectData - CollectQueryData - No data".

Please help me in fixing this problem.
