&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;First place with 67% of the votes cast: "Programming with POSIX Threads" by David R. Butenhof. Second place with 33%, "Pthreads Programming" by Nichols, Butlar, and Farrell. And running a close third, *Other* ( please specify in message).&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;Thanks to everyone that particiapted.&lt;/DIV&gt;
