Intel QSV Activation for OBS

we are using centos 7.2 with kernel version 3.10.0-327.22.2.el7.x86_64 and tried to install MSDK but due to Media SDk not supported to this version we have Down graded Kernel to 229 Version and successfully installed MSDK 2016

After installing Media SDK we have tested it using sample transcode application and test passes which shows MSDK installed successfully .

now we have installed OBS and was also installed Successfully . but in OBS there is not any option for QSV encoding appeared even MEdia SDK installed successfully which has installed VAAPi driver for Intel GPU accss

we have also enbled intel integrated Graphic from Bios .

so whatwe should do enable QSV in OBS
