You can run OpenMP offload programs on Intel DevCloud like on any other platform, with no changes required. You just need to make sure that you're running the program on a compute node (with preferred accelerator)

You can go through Intel compiler guide for OpenMP support and oneAPI offload guide using pragma to further your understanding
