Intel 2018 update 4 integration issue with Visual studio 2017

Hello ,

we are experiencing integration issues with Intel 2018 update 4 + VS ent 2017.

VS 2017/Intel 2018 is not being installed required extensions (.vsix). while trying manually , it is saying " invalid certificate".

I have installed all Intel extensions manually. but it is still not working.

what are the certificates actually required to install .vsix extensions? any where its documented?

here is the error details.

error MSB8020: The build tools for Intel C++ Compiler 18.0 (Platform Toolset = 'Intel C++ Compiler 18.0') cannot be found. To build using the Intel C++ Compiler 18.0 build tools, please install Intel C++ Compiler 18.0 build tools. Alternatively, you may upgrade to the current Visual Studio tools by selecting the Project menu or right-click the solution, and then selecting "Retarget solution".

earlier we followed workaround steps , its worked. but now , it is navigating/displaying different content.
