We are currently facing a critical issue with our Intel Parallel Studio compiler license after migrating our licensed server to a new data center. Following the migration, the Intel license service is failing with the following error:

(INTEL) No valid hostids, exiting
(INTEL) EXITING DUE TO SIGNAL 34 Exit reason 2
(lmgrd) INTEL exited with status 34 (Invalid host)

Previously, we also encountered:

Error: A license for CCompL is not available now (-97,121).

This strongly indicates a host ID mismatch, caused by the migration. Unfortunately, our support agreement for this product has expired , and we are unable to generate a new license file through the Intel Registration Center.

Our application is tightly coupled with this specific version of the Intel compiler, and upgrading to a newer version (e.g., Intel oneAPI) is not feasible due to compatibility constraints. The compiler is business-critical for our production systems.

Can anyone advise how to get a limited assistance

Rehost or regenerate the license for the new server,

Or guide us through possible alternatives to reactivate the existing license in this new environment.

I would truly appreciate any flexibility or workaround given the urgency and production impact this is causing.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
