&lt;P&gt;The reason for that error was that your account was not enabled for the Priority support by your company. Your company does have priority support with us but the admin of the license did not add any users to the multi-user license your company has which enables users to create tickets.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have no added your account into the multi-user license your company has with Intel, and you should be able to open Priority Support ticket.&lt;/P&gt;
