Where can I find detailed release notes for Intel MPI?

Greetings,

Where can I find detailed release notes of the last few releases of Intel MPI? So far I've only found notes that new versions contain "bug fixes", but these notes don't say which bugs have been fixed.

Lack of transparency is a good reason not to use Intel products, even if they are free.
