there are web searchable resources at least on WRF, try web searches such as "wrf site:software.intel.com"

As Tim mentions, we have a few online articles regarding builds of WRF specifically. The following index page gives you links on building WRF with the Intel® Compilers for serial execution, parallel mode (OpenMP), distributed mode (MPI), and even general performance advice. I suggest you take a look.

Alternatively, if you're looking to build WRF on the Intel® Xeon Phi™ Coprocessor, I suggest checking out this article.
