    <description>&lt;P&gt;Here is a small section of my test code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;use mpi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; call mpi_init(info)&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; comm = mpi_comm_world&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; call MPI_COMM_SIZE(comm, nproc, info)&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; call MPI_COMM_RANK(comm, node_me, info)&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; len0 = 300&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; len1 = int8(len0)*10*100&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; size = len1&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; disp_unit = 8&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; size = size*disp_unit&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; call MPI_Info_create(info_nc,ierr)&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; call MPI_Info_set(info_nc, "alloc_shared_noncontig" , ".true." ,ierr)&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; call MPI_Win_allocate_shared(size, disp_unit, info_nc, &amp;amp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;comm, baseptr, win,ierr)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;.......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It always crashes when calling subroutine MPI_Info_set with a message as follows&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unhandled exception at 0x000007FEE07FDA6E (impi.dll)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used the lastest intel &amp;nbsp;fortran compiler 17.0 and intel mpi library 2017 (2017.1.143).
