license does not work

I can find no where to get help. My licenses are supposed to be valid until 3/15/2020, but when I try to install Educator Intel® Parallel Studio XE Cluster Edition for Linux* with install.GUI when I try entering the serial number it says "Registration Failed for Unknown Reason" It gives a web site to go to that is not at all helpful--there is no place there to enter ths problem. It says go to www.intel.com/software/products/support. When instead I try to say register offline and enter the location of a non-expired license file it says that the license file is expired. But it isn't.
