      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Eric,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you make another run with&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;export I_MPI_DEBUG=6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;export FI_LOG_LEVEL=debug&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and provide output to here?&lt;BR /&gt;Also please remove&amp;nbsp;OFA related environment variables, OFA is not supported starting Intel MPI Library 2019.&lt;BR /&gt;BTW, you report issue against Intel MPI 2018.3.222, but I_MPI_ROOT points to 2019.3.199.
