can't install, FLEXlm error

I copied the install CD to disk and run the install. Got this error after I input the serial:

A valid FLEXlm license is required to install this product, but none were found in
/home/tools/intel_mkl_linux_10.0/instman
/home/tools/intel_mkl_linux_10.0
/opt/intel/licenses

Where is a valid FLEXlm license for this product?

Could youbackup directory/opt/intel/licenses and then remove it? Will issue still be reproduced? And what version of MKL are you trying to install?

Hi,

we brought 3 copies of the Linux Intel MKL 10.0 . I tried all 3 serials that were inside the CD case and all of them gave the same error. Is there a secure way to verify those serials are valid?

I'll check serial numbers setwith latest packages and return to you with result in 1-2 days.

Then we can think about the workaround.

Or you can submit the issue against MKL to Premier support ( https://premier.intel.com/ ) to validate serial numbers.
