&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="Verdana" size="2"&gt;Bug fixes, including but not limited to...&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="Verdana" size="2"&gt;a fix for the Custom DLL builder on Windows*&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="Verdana" size="2"&gt;compilation of libmkl_solver.a with -fPIC on Linux*&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
